Featured Product: StocksMatter Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 100ml Mount Zero Olive Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 4 anchovy fillets, chopped (Option: you can leave this out to make this dish Vegetarian)
- 500g StocksMatter Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 c. kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/4 c. capers
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Olsson’s Salt to taste
- Passion Pasta's Egg Fettucine - 250g or Passion Pasta's Vegetable Penne (GF) - 250g for the GF option
To Garish :
- Fresh Parsley
- Freshly grated Parmesan
In a large pot over medium heat, heat Mount Zero Olive Oil. Add Garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add Anchovies and cook until fragrant, another minute. Add StocksMatter Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, Olives, Capers, and Red Pepper Flakes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer, 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Pasta of your choice and cook according to package directions, until al dente; drain. Toss Pasta through sauce.
Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan and serve.
